Our client is going through an exciting phase of growth, with the goal of scaling their technical team and raising the bar for talent to continue innovating and pushing boundaries. They are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to help them on this journey.
This client-facing role will focus on their B2B SaaS offering and will involve collaboration with multiple tech and digital teams to keep projects on schedule while improving the quality of outputs. Additionally, it’s a chance to support quarterly roadmap planning, leveraging your expertise to boost team efficiency and enhance overall technical standards across the business unit.
This role will suit a Technical Delivery Manager with B2B SaaS experience in a highly regulated industry. It requires the necessary communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, as well as the seniority to comfortably steer multiple concurrent projects, such as migrations, onboarding, and integrations.
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Good technical knowledge and mindset, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Previously worked in heavily regulated and/or safety-critical industries such as Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, Education.
- Experience with data migration projects.
- Highly proficient in Agile, utilising different methodologies within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience of managing simultaneous complex technical projects.
- Relevant certifications to demonstrate your Agile and Project Management credentials.
