Service Designer Public Sector Project 3 Month Contract (6th January 2025 – 28th March 2025) £425 p/d (Inside IR35) Remote with occasional UK travel We’re hiring a Service Designer for a leading digital consultancy, to work on a Public Sector project. Our client ensures that public services are holistic and futureproofed, so they can ultimately meet the needs of those who use them. The successful candidate will hold the following responsibilities: Strategic Service Mapping Develop comprehensive service maps Conduct reviews and updates of service ecosystem Analyse and map interconnections between products and services Continuous Improvement Identify and define service improvement opportunities Focus on enhancing user journeys and operational efficiencies Stakeholder and Ecosystem Management Build and maintain stakeholder relationships Develop holistic understanding of service ecosystems Facilitate collaborative service design approaches Candidates must be UK based and must have worked with central government departments within a service design role previously.
