What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the end-to-end journey for subscription offerings, turning insight into innovation in an agile, highly supportive organisation.
- Build and execute product strategy for subscription products, from first sketch to launch and beyond.
- Own the customer lifecycle, optimising sign-up, conversion, renewal, and churn management.
- Lead product discovery, working with data and users to decide where to take things next.
- Champion experimentation, developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and partnering with data specialists for rapid learning.
- Collaborate across engineering, marketing, customer experience, and ops to make sure every product move is connected to commercial impact.
- Monitor, report, and optimise on crucial KPIs including churn, retention, LTV, and activation—always looking for new ways to improve.
- Document progress, wins, and learnings, sharing them in a way that energises peers and leadership.
- Help drive an agile and knowledge-sharing culture, contributing frameworks and methods to the wider team.
What You’ll Need If You Want to Apply
- Ten or more years of hands-on digital product management experience, owning end-to-end subscription journeys—physical goods background preferred, strong SaaS experience considered.
- Demonstrable track record of launching, scaling, and improving subscription models, with real business results for retention, churn, and growth.
- Mastery of analytics, experimentation, and customer research tools (GA4, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Deep experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Confident leading UX outcomes, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and architects.
- Advanced storytelling and presentation skills and the ability to influence across all levels of business.
- Totally self-driven, quick to learn, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- An open, collaborative mindset; you love sharing frameworks and contributing to a real team culture.
