Futureheads have partnered with a B2B technology company seeking a Data and AI Product Manager to take charge of the development of data and AI-driven reporting features within its learning and compliance software platform. This role focuses on shaping the product roadmap, collaborating across teams, and delivering innovative solutions that provide value to customers in safety-critical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for new reporting dashboards and related features, based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine product direction.
- Use analytics to inform feature enhancements and prioritise the product backlog.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure robust data collection, storage, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Explore and implement AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated reporting capabilities.
- Define and prioritise product features, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage trade-offs for maximum impact.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Support customer success and sales teams with product knowledge, adoption strategies, and user documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and report on key product metrics and delivery timelines.
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the product development process and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building reporting dashboards or similar features from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building products that solve real customer problems.
- Experience with Generative AI or Machine Learning.
