Product Manager (AI Product) – InsurTech Scaleup – £75,000 – 85,000 + bonus – London (Hybrid working, 2 day p/w on site) Futureheads has partnered with a fast-growing scaleup that’s leveraging AI/ML and developing cutting-edge solutions to drive innovation within the life insurance industry. Our client is financially secure (with the backing of a major US-firm) and they’ve recently undergone a significant transformation, which has seen them adopt a product-led approach and sustainably grow in headcount to accommodate their increasing presence within the market. The business is currently looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to lead a brand new AI / NLP-powered automation tool that will transform the underwriting process for their B2B customers. With this product at MVP stage, it’s a chance to define the product strategy, bring it to market, and both define and deliver the longer term roadmap, with new features and UX/UI enhancements that can firmly establish the product as a market-leading solution. To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience managing AI products. Furthermore, our client is specifically looking for a PM with a strong technical background and/or Computer Science degree. Requirements: Track record of success in bringing an AI product to market. 5+ years of relevant experience. Highly technical, with either an Engineering background or a Computer Science degree. Exposure to a B2B SaaS or high-growth scaleup environment. Data-driven, with strong analytical skills. Familiar with UCD principles and best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset.
