Futureheads have partnered with an innovative and fast-growing automotive tech start-up that is revolutionising the car maintenance industry through world-class digital experiences. They are simplifying vehicle ownership by bringing complete transparency and convenience to an industry traditionally plagued by mistrust and complexity.
Launched in 2017, our client has expanded rapidly to serve over 100 locations across the UK and has recently secured backing from a major European automotive group to accelerate their growth. They have opened a second office in Paris and are now scaling aggressively across the UK and EU.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven UK Growth Manager to own and execute their marketing strategy, primarily focusing on Social Media, SEO, and CRM to drive organic traffic and increase orders. This role offers the chance to shape growth strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making and a can-do attitude are valued.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying growth opportunities for non-PPC initiatives and executing on them
- Managing agencies to deliver on-brand, high-performing content across all channels: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and more
- Owning and executing the content calendar for CRM, SEO, and Social Media to drive traffic and orders
- Working closely with agencies to deliver SEO strategy, securing backlinks and ensuring content delivery
- Developing and executing CRM strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat orders
- Managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversion rates, and orders per channel
- Utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform growth strategies
- Sharing monthly progress updates with the leadership team
- Contributing to A/B testing and experimentation pipeline to optimize user acquisition and engagement funnels
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to implement growth initiatives
- Managing copywriters to deliver content to a high standard and within budget
About you:
- Proven background in B2C
- 3+ years experience in a growth-focused role, with strong emphasis on SEO and CRM
- Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and order growth
- Experience working with agencies to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget
- Experience managing copywriters to deliver high-quality content within budget
- Hands-on experience creating and executing email campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and retention
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desirable)
