Job Description

Role: Head of Design / Principal Product Designer

Client: SaaS start-up

Salary: £90-110k

Location: London (4 days per week in office)

We’re working with an exciting B2B SaaS start-up who are leaders in their field and are rapidly developing a suite of digital products to meet the needs of an evolving industry.

This is an opportunity to lead a small but growing design team, while remaining hands on and delivering design work daily. We’re looking for an all-rounder who can loves their craft.

The requirements for this role are clear:

  • Must have managed and mentored other designers previously.
  • Must have an excellent end-to-end product design toolkit (UX & UI) and has been hands-on, getting into the detail within their most recent role. They have a portfolio that showcases this.
  • Must be able to manage senior stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have worked on complex products previously and feel comfortable tacking sophisticated problems, flows and interfaces.
  • Will feel at home managing ambiguity and working at pace in an agile product environment.

Candidates must have valid UK right to work and must be available to start a new role within 6 weeks of offer acceptance.
