Their service is already live in both the UK and France, where it’s partnered with 350+ garages, completed over 100,000 customer bookings and received more than 4000 5-star TrustPilot reviews. However, they have ambitious plans for further growth and to help them on this journey, they’re looking to add a talented Growth Manager to their small London team.
This is a critical role for the business and with a particular focus on SEO and CRM, you’ll have the chance to take full ownership of the strategy, execution and optimisation of their non-paid growth initiatives to enhance organic traffic and boost orders. They’re looking for somebody who is totally impact-driven, obsessed with driving growth and has a track record of success in a fast-scaling tech business.
Core Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role.
- Demonstrable track record of driving organic traffic and order growth in a fast-paced digital product environment.
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practice.
- Hands-on experience with shaping and executing email campaigns to drive leads, engagement and retention.
- Familiar with web analytics tools.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Great collaborator, but equally comfortable working autonomously.
