As a Lead Product Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for product teams working on a critical government digital project. You\’ll manage both people and products, collaborating with senior leaders to shape high-level road-maps and drive programme outcomes.
Key Requirements
- MUST be able to travel to one of the specified office locations for 2 days per week
- No remote-only candidates will be considered
- You must have right to work within the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with government programme goals
- Lead and mentor product managers across multiple squads
- Oversee product delivery, integrating solutions with other government services
- Foster Agile and Lean practices within the team and across the organisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes
- Advocate for user needs within the constraints of government processes
