London or UK based - international travel involved. Futureheads are partnered with a scaling Wealthtech organisation who are seeking a Director of Client Success (EMEA). This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership position where you will be able to display a strong foundation in client success methodologies, expertise in Wealthtech, and proven ability to engage clients commercially. In this position you will be responsible for driving customer training, education, adoption and renewals. This requires a balance of leadership, functional expertise and technology depth to ensure full value of the platform can be realised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership
- Lead, develop, and scale the EMEA Client Success team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build a high-performing, customer-centric team through coaching, mentoring, and structured training.
- Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to drive operational consistency and excellence.
- Client Engagement & Commercial Growth
- Own customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities, partnering closely with Sales and Product teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption, product utilisation, and value realisation for clients.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive contract renewals and commercial discussions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
- Prove ability to scale revenue and drive growth, with a clear understanding of expansion strategies.
- Training, Education & Adoption
- Oversee the development of training and onboarding programs to improve customer engagement and success.
- Implement best practices for customer education, ensuring clients fully leverage the platform.
- Develop scalable strategies to drive ongoing adoption and feature utilisation.
- Operational Execution
- Analyse customer health metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for intervention.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to provide client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Establish and refine processes, playbooks, and frameworks to improve team efficiency and customer impact.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in Client Success, Account Management or similar, preferably in SaaS and WealthTech.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling teams across EMEA.
- Deep technical understanding of Wealthtech platforms, investment data, and financial services workflows.
- Proven track record in driving renewals, expansion, and commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
- Experience in building customer education and adoption programs.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work across multiple languages, cultures, and financial regulatory environments.
