We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with experience working in a fast-paced digital product environment, where flexibility and initiative are key.
Futureheads is partnered with an inspirational non-profit organisation with a rich history of providing support to individuals, local communities and public health services across the UK. The charity is undergoing a significant transformation programme to enhance its digital presence and crucially, they’re developing a cutting-edge greenfield platform that will help to facilitate their incredible mission.
The organisation has been steadily building out internal product and engineering teams to deliver this work and with several key workstreams now well underway, they’re keen to recruit another talented Business Analyst to give them some extra firepower.
As a Business Analyst you’ll report into their Product Lead and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating logical data models, mapping data flows, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes, data architecture, and the testing lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst in a scrappy & fast-paced digital product environment, where flexibility and initiative are key.
- Strong product mindset & able to apply design thinking processes to drive tangible solutions.
- High level of business acumen with an understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Data and process flow mapping experience.
- Comfortable with data analysis and modelling.
- Previously worked in a cross-functional team with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Excellent communication & facilitation skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile.
- B2C & B2B experience.
- Prior charity / tech-for-good experience is desired but not essential.
