Hybrid Central London, 2-3 days p/week in office. No sponsorship available.

Join a growing tech consultancy that helps enterprise clients actually ship real-world AI – not just slides and PoCs. You’ll sit at the heart of their complex data and GenAI projects, working with sharp engineers and ambitious customers who want AI that works.

The role

  • Own the end-to-end design of ML and Generative AI solutions, from problem framing through to production.
  • Work with messy, large-scale structured and unstructured data to build models that move real business metrics.
  • Lead the design of RAG-style architectures (embeddings, dense search) and advanced NLP/NLU applications.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solution architecture.
  • Communicate clearly with both engineers and execs, turning complex science into simple, commercial stories.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on background in Python or R, SQL, and modern ML frameworks, with deep experience across core ML (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation, feature engineering).
  • Proven experience with NLP / NLU and practical use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to read research papers, implement algorithms and turn ideas into working PoCs and scalable systems.
  • A consulting mindset: comfortable in ambiguity, great at breaking down problems, and confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

We need this hire to start mid January latest so please only apply if you are able to start immediately or with a short notice period!
