Futureheads have partnered with an ambitious, award-winning digital agency based in South Wales, specialising in strategic research, digital transformation, and creative communications across the UK and Middle East. They work with prestigious clients including cultural institutions, local government, environmental organisations, and international arts bodies. Their projects span website redesigns, digital strategy, and high-impact communications work across multiple sectors.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team and support the delivery of multiple accounts across diverse, culturally rich projects. This role is perfect for someone in the earlier stages of their career who is eager to learn, thrives on variety, and wants to build meaningful client relationships whilst developing their project management skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for 2-3 client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Supporting project teams through all stages of delivery, from initial briefings through to project completion.
- Coordinating between clients and internal teams (including designers, strategists, and consultants) to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with attention to detail.
- Supporting the development of proposals, project documentation, and client presentations.
- Contributing to strategic thinking and problem-solving across accounts.
- Helping to identify and nurture new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in strategic research, digital projects, and cultural/creative sector work (no deep expertise required - willingness to learn is key). Comfortable adapting to new challenges and relishes the opportunity to grow your skillset.
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements with 2 days per week in the Abergavenny office.
