Hybrid (2.5 days in the office in London Bridge). We’re looking for a Product Designer to join an established design consultancy working across digital products, services and emerging technologies. This role would suit someone who enjoys complex, exploratory work but still wants to stay close to the craft of design.
You’ll be involved early, helping shape direction with researchers, strategists, technologists and clients, then carrying that thinking into product concepts, interaction models, prototypes and polished digital experiences. The work is varied, often ambiguous and rarely just about isolated feature delivery. You might be exploring a new proposition, evolving a digital service, defining interaction patterns or helping a team understand what a future product experience could become.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping digital product and service experiences from early thinking through to execution
- Exploring interaction patterns, product behaviours and new experience models
- Translating research and strategy into tangible concepts, prototypes and design direction
- Creating flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality interface designs
- Working with design systems, product patterns and digital brand expression
- Collaborating closely with strategists, researchers, technologists and client teams
- Presenting work clearly and helping stakeholders understand design decisions
- Bringing craft, structure and momentum to complex or ambiguous briefs
We’re looking for people who:
- Can show thoughtful, well-crafted digital product work in their portfolio
- Are strong across product thinking, interaction design and interface craft
- Enjoy exploring different ways an experience could behave, look and feel
- Can work within design systems while still pushing the quality of the experience
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and senior stakeholder conversations
- Care about how ideas are executed, not just how they are framed
- Enjoy the variety and pace of consultancy or cross-sector work
