Futureheads is working with a boutique transformation consultancy that takes a design-led approach to support its clients with complex discovery projects. It specialises in ‘AI readiness’ and deploys small but highly skilled teams who can hit the ground running, focus on evidence-driven delivery, and help organisations to understand what needs to change, and how.

The consultancy is currently looking to recruit a talented User Researcher on a 3-month minimum contract. This is for an upcoming project with one of their UK Government clients, centred on AI adoption research. The role will involve supporting Senior Researchers on a qualitative programme, and with their guidance, responsibilities will include:

  • Fieldwork support
  • Contributing towards thematic coding and analysis
  • Research logistics
  • Synthesis and reporting

Prior government experience is preferred but not essential, therefore, this could be a great opportunity for a User Researcher to get exposure to public sector work.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years commercial experience in qualitative User Research or Social Research
  • Previously worked on an AI-related tech project
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a structured environment
