We’re looking for a brand-led Digital Designer who sits comfortably at the intersection of brand, UX and UI and takes strong visual identities and translates them into thoughtful, beautifully crafted digital experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital design within a brand, design or digital studio
  • A portfolio that shows brand-led digital craft: websites, campaign microsites, design systems, and interactive experiences
  • Confidence turning brand worlds into smart, intuitive UI/UX
  • Solid UX foundations: journey mapping, wireframes, responsive layout thinking, prototyping
  • High proficiency in Figma (component libraries, design systems, responsive components etc.)
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with brand designers and strategists
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools or simple motion interactions
  • Someone proactive, curious and excited by where digital design is heading

Why is this exciting:

  • You’ll get to shape how the studio approaches digital by acting as the link between the brand team and the digital side, learning directly from two design directors who excel at their craft.
  • There’s genuine room to grow here. It’s an 8-people design team in a medium-sized agency, so you won’t get boxed into one lane. You can stretch, experiment, expand your design toolkit and make the role your own.
  • You’ll work on projects where design actually matters. The clients demand real creativity, the conversations are strategic, and the work has real-world impact beyond just commercial.
