This is an exciting opportunity to work on residential, rural, and agricultural planning schemes – from strategic site promotion through to complex appeals.

The Role

  • Planning applications for rural, agricultural, and housing developments
  • Promoting sites through Local Plans
  • Representing clients in planning appeals (written reps, hearings, inquiries)
  • Working directly with developers, landowners, and rural clients

About You

  • MRTPI (or working towards it)
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning system
  • Confident handling applications, appeals, and local plan work
  • Excellent communication & project management skills
