Town Planner or Senior Town Planner

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

️ Your Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level, your role will include:

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
  • Managing mid to large-scale planning projects
  • Conducting site assessments and shaping development strategies
  • Drafting and coordinating submission documents
  • Engaging with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders
  • Attending planning committee meetings and consultations

About You

We welcome applications from both early-career planners and experienced consultants:

  • 1–5+ years’ experience in town planning
  • Working towards or already MRTPI chartered
  • Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
