Town Planner or Senior Town Planner
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

️ Your Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, your role will include:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Managing mid to large-scale planning projects
- Conducting site assessments and shaping development strategies
- Drafting and coordinating submission documents
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders
- Attending planning committee meetings and consultations

About You
We welcome applications from both early-career planners and experienced consultants:
- 1–5+ years’ experience in town planning
- Working towards or already MRTPI chartered
