Are you ready to take the next step in your planning career with one of the fastest-growing consultancies in the UK? Our client has already welcomed over 10 new starters in 2025, and continued growth means they’re now looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their expanding Gatwick-based team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial planning projects, alongside a team that’s making a real impact in the sector.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering planning projects, supporting a broad client base, and contributing to strategic development across the South East. The position offers exposure to both minor and major planning applications, with opportunities to develop leadership and client management skills.
About You
- You’re a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or close to achieving chartered status
- You have Development Management and/or Planning Policy experience
- You’re confident handling a mix of residential and commercial schemes
- You’re proactive, commercially minded, and looking to join a collaborative, high-performing team
