Salary & Benefits

• $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus for all full‑time hires
• Competitive pay $19–$21/hr plus shift differentials
• Weekend Warrior Program

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs
• Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
• Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in transporting residents as needed
• Provide companionship to residents
• Ensure the safety of our residents
• Assist with motivating residents to keep them active and engaged
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications

• Must hold a current GNA certification and license in Maryland
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Calm and patient demeanor when dealing with residents
• Strong listening skills
• Problem‑solving ability and ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to navigate changes in assignments
• Empathy and compassion to increase resident comfort level
