At FutureCare, our Admissions Assistants manage the administrative details that are part of coordinating admissions into our facility to ensure a smooth transition for our residents. Under the direction of the Admissions Director, they will complete all clerical documents for admission, including contracts, arbitration agreements, and other required paperwork.

Salary Range: $16.74-$25.12/HR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility tours
- Check empty rooms for admission readiness
- Assist Admissions Director with all pre-admission paperwork
- Abide by the standards identified in FutureCare's Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan
- Assist the Admissions Director with daily and monthly reports as assigned and required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate appropriately to families, residents, physicians, and referral sources
