Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming telephone calls.
- Takes messages or forwards calls to voice mail system.
- Follows up with staff as appropriate.
- Greets visitors and maintains the visitor's sign in log.
- Orders supplies.
- Distribution of mail.
- Processes facility billing statements.
- Packages & ships out brochures, materials & supplies when needed.
- Does assigned typing tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms and other correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Customer service driven.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational/prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
