Are you a skilled tradesperson? Currently Future Build Recruitment are looking for Multi Traders on behalf of a large social housing contractor who have a large disrepairs and complex works contract in Kent and Surrey. They are looking to take on Teams to cover both areas independantly.
What You\’ll Do:
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will take on a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on disrepairs complaints and complex works. You’ll ensure all installations and repairs meet our high-quality standards and comply with safety regulations. Your ability to adapt to client needs and manage time effectively will be essential in delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years in multi trade experience (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years\’ social housing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid CSCS card and commitment to safety
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and pride in your work
