We are working with a leading civil engineering specialist delivering a 12-month highways scheme and are seeking an experienced General Foreman to join the team on an immediate start.
This is a hands-on, supervisory role for someone who can lead from the front, push the site forward, and ensure the workforce is performing efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in driving the programme, managing labour and plant, and maintaining high standards across the scheme.
Key responsibilities:- Supervise and drive the workforce to achieve programme targets
- Monitor and manage site labour, plant, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Maintain site productivity and momentum across all areas of the scheme
- Report progress to management and liaise with stakeholders as required
