Future Build Recruitment are looking for a Streetworks Planner to join a Civil Engineering and Utilities Contractor based in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in managing all aspects of streetworks planning and permitting to ensure project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and schedule work. * Coordinate with managers, supervisors, and key stakeholders to align on project requirements. * Communicate with Highway Authorities, Traffic Management companies, and attend site meetings when required. * Manage applications for opening and closing Streetworks permits. * Handle Temporary Traffic Road Orders (TTRO), and manage parking, bus stop, loading bay, and taxi rank suspensions. * Record and track registrations, defects, and fixed penalty notices. * Ensure site teams have up-to-date permit numbers and conditions. Experience Required: * Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations. * Excellent report-writing and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. * A self-motivated individual who communicates confidently and sets a high standard in safety and compliance.
