We’re looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a long-term external refurbishment programme on social housing properties across the Isle of Wight. This is a site-based role with excellent support in place — hotel accommodation, ferry travel, and two meals per day are fully covered.
You’ll be the key point of contact between residents, the site team, and the client, ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption and high resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main liaison with residents before, during, and after works
- Managing resident communications, newsletters, and notices
- Handling queries, complaints, and access arrangements
- Supporting site teams to maintain strong customer care standards
- Keeping accurate records and reports of resident interactions
Project Details:
- External refurbishment works - windows, doors, roofing
- Social housing properties
- Contract running until Mid April
- Long-term, stable workload with 10 years ahead of them
