We are working with a growing solar panel installation company working across domestic and commercial projects, and we’re looking for a Roofing Labourer to join their on-site teams. This is a hands-on role supporting roofers and solar installers on a variety of properties, from residential homes to larger commercial buildings. Ideal for someone reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working at height.
The Role:
- Assisting roofers and solar installers on domestic & commercial sites
- Loading/unloading materials and tools
- Preparing roofs for solar panel installations
- General site labouring and keeping work areas tidy
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a roofing labourer or construction labourer (preferred)
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather
- CSCS card (essential or preferred – specify if needed)
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction
