Location: Hertfordshire / London’s Hertfordshire office, with approximately half of the working week involving travel to live projects across London, the South East and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator looking to take on a technically focused position, providing Retrofit Coordination, quality assurance and compliance support across a portfolio of live retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering in-house Retrofit Coordination across live projects, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with PAS 2035 and relevant industry standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Retrofit Coordination across multiple live projects.
- Ensuring compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, MCS requirements and Building Regulations.
- Carrying out detailed QA reviews of Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Designs and Retrofit Coordination documentation.
- Reviewing project data, technical documentation and audit trails to ensure projects are compliant.
