Roofing Labourer in Horsham

We\’re working with a growing solar panel installation company working across domestic and commercial projects, and we’re looking for a Roofing Labourer to join their on-site teams. This is a hands-on role supporting roofers and solar installers on a variety of properties, from residential homes to larger commercial buildings. Ideal for someone reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working at height. The Role: * Assisting roofers and solar installers on domestic & commercial sites * Loading/unloading materials and tools * Preparing roofs for solar panel installations * General site labouring and keeping work areas tidy * Following health & safety procedures at all times What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a roofing labourer or construction labourer (preferred) * Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather * CSCS card (essential or preferred – specify if needed) * Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn * Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction
