Freelance Foreman

Future Build recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project — the construction, commissioning, and handover of a water treatment project.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\nA highly organised and safety-conscious professional with hands-on experience in civil infrastructure or water sector projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction site management, risk mitigation, and team coordination.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Deliver site inductions, Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings, and Point of Work Risk Assessments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supervise and support site operatives, ensuring tasks are completed within skill and safety guidelines\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate the delivery and use of site equipment, plant, and materials\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with line managers to implement technically sound, safe, and cost-effective work methods\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor attendance and ensure accurate reporting on daily allocation sheets and instructed work\\n\\n * \\n\\n Enforce compliance with all method statements, safety plans, and risk assessments\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n * CSCS (Gold), SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid certificates are advantageous.\\n\\n * Proven experience in managing large civils infrastructure projects and water treatment projects is again adventageous.\\n\\n * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\\n\\nIf you are looking for your next Foreman role on a freelance basis we encourage you to apply
