They are now looking to appoint a Document/Data Controller to support their expanding team. About the Role

As Document / Data Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring project information, documentation, and data are organised, accurate, and accessible across the business. You’ll be working closely with project teams, site staff, and senior management to maintain high standards of compliance and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organise, and maintain project documentation across internal systems.
  • Ensure version control and document accuracy at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Support teams with data entry, reporting, and digital file management.
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of document control processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
  • Provide general administrative and IT-related support where required.
