Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Contracts Manager to work for a recognized contractor who specializes in refurbishment schemes across London and the South East, covering multiple sectors such as heritage, social housing, education, commercial, and leisure. You will be responsible for delivering circa £12m across 5-6 schemes.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing several site teams.
- Put together the programme and ensure the projects stay on track to be delivered on time.
- Main point of contact for the client, ensuring they are updated on any progress and issues.
- Biweekly progress reports with the Operations Director.
- Procurement of materials and sub-contractor selection.
- Budget oversight and close working relationship with the commercial team.
