Future Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Building Estimator to join a well-established construction main contractors estimating team on a permanent basis. The company are well established and typically deliver new build commercial projects as well as refurbishment schemes across education, commercial and transportation sectors up to £15m in value. This role is open to both experienced and junior candidates who are looking to develop their careers within the industry. This is a full-time office-based role, with a flexible working arrangement available following a successful probation period. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and new build projects across various sectors. * Work on rail-related building projects in public-access areas. * Ensure accurate data entry and documentation using Excel and Word. * Collaborate with the team to review project specifications and client requirements.
