Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician/Supervisor with over 10 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation units. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems. * Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently. * Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions. * Collaborate with other trades and contractors on-site as needed. Required Qualifications & Certifications: * 10+ years of experience in HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration. * City & Guilds Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation. * F-Gas Certification (Category 1). * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme). * First Aid at Work certified. * Manual Handling trained. * Working at Height & Harness Training. * Fire Marshall certified. * Abrasive Wheels trained. * IPAF 3a, 3b (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms). * Full UK Driving License. Desirable Skills: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). * Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus. * Willingness to travel to various sites as required
