They are seeking a highly motivated Bid Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities.
Role Overview
The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid process, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and compliant tender submissions. This role involves working alongside the team to control and manage the estimating operations, specifically assisting the estimators in their duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role will also include planning, coordination, control, and handling general administrative issues within the estimating department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality tender submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and proposal documents.
- Assist estimators by gathering necessary information, preparing bid documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Review and analyse tender documentation to extract key requirements and ensure all aspects of the submission are addressed.
- Develop and maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and supporting materials to streamline future bid submissions.
- Plan, coordinate, and control the estimating operations to ensure efficiency and timely submissions.
- Handle general administrative duties within the estimating department, including document control and correspondence.
- Track and monitor bid outcomes, providing feedback to continuously improve future submissions.

Key Skills & Experience
