We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a new build residential project approaching completion. This is a temporary contract role, focusing on 2nd fix installations, with immediate start available.
The Role:
- 2nd fix plumbing on new build residential units
- Installing sanitaryware (basins, toilets, baths, showers)
- Final connections and testing
- Snagging and finishing work to a high standard
- Working to site deadlines as the project nears handover
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing on residential new builds
- Own tools
- Valid CSCS/JIB card (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable and professional attitude
