As a Senior Brand Designer, you will wield creativity as your primary tool, shaping and refining brands through the lens of innovation and strategic vision. Your expertise will involve crafting compelling visuals and strategically guiding the evolution of brand narratives. You will be a guardian of consistency, ensuring every design element aligns seamlessly with a brand strategy. With a nuanced understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, you will be at the forefront of creating a brand presence that is digital‑first and motion‑led. In this role, you will be a pivotal force, translating abstract concepts into tangible experiences that touch on all of the senses.
Collaborating closely with Design and Creative Directors, you’re comfortable setting direction and developing creative concepts to deliver transformative brand work. You are curious to learn – whether that means being aware of new innovations and technology to help take our work to the next level or keeping a close, consistent eye on the forces shaping our world now and into the future.
Skills & Competences and Minimum Requirements
- Lead creative conversations and contribute to strategic ideas.
- Clearly communicate strategic‑led creative ideas through the creative process to deliver on a project brief.
- Help define and work in line with client strategy across several clients.
- Steer and shape the project process, providing relevant reference points from inside and outside the category.
- Develop a strong understanding of the FutureBrand offering and disciplines and of our clients’ business.
- Experiment with new approaches and create new opportunities within projects.
- Champion creativity, inspire the team, and drive innovative projects as a thought leader.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor junior team members across diverse briefs.
- Build compelling and impactful case studies to promote us and our work to the wider design community.
