Full time hybrid role with 3 days in our Bishopsgate, London office (Mon, Tues and Thurs).
We’re FutureBrand, the flagship branding agency within Omnicom’s global creative network. Our work focuses on measuring and maximizing brand behaviour by connecting corporate purpose with everyday lived experience.
We’re now looking for an experienced Business Partner (or a Business Director ready for the next step) to help lead our corporate and FMCG brand portfolio. You’ll be responsible for leading and directing the account teams across a folio of major corporate clients — including some of the biggest organisations in the world — as well as high‑profile FMCG brands, including on‑pack and portfolio branding projects.
- Grow and guide large‑scale, complex accounts, ensuring excellence in strategic and creative standards while working closely with project leadership teams.
- Using your influencing and negotiation skills, build strong, trusted relationships with clients and unlock opportunities for growth, innovation and long‑term partnership.
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust, quality thinking, and effective creative solutions.
- Provide strong account direction, seeking opportunities to develop and grow client accounts.
- Lead and inspire account teams to deliver against client needs while introducing new expertise to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure briefs, creative and strategy solutions address the client’s needs.
Significant experience running large, complex accounts across corporate, service and FMCG branding — including on‑pack and brand creation. Recognises and is passionate about great creative work. Excellent business acumen, with the ability to fully understand all aspects of business operations, financial and resource management.
