We are now looking for an experienced Business Partner (or a Business Director ready for the next step) to help lead our corporate and FMCG brand portfolio. You will be responsible for leading and directing the account teams across a folio of major corporate clients, including some of the biggest organisations in the world, as well as high-profile FMCG brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust, quality thinking, and effective creative solutions.
- Provide strong account direction, seeking opportunities to develop and grow client accounts.
- Lead and inspire account teams to deliver against client needs while introducing new expertise to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure briefs, creative and strategy solutions address the client’s needs.
- Demonstrate responsibility, respect, fairness, and honesty in all interactions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Significant experience running large, complex accounts across corporate, service and FMCG branding.
- Recognises and is passionate about great creative work.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to fully understand all aspects of business operations, financial and resource management.
