We’re looking for an experienced Business Partner (or a Business Director ready for the next step) to help lead our corporate and FMCG brand portfolio. You’ll be responsible for leading and directing the account teams across a folio of major corporate clients, including some of the biggest organisations in the world, as well as high-profile FMCG brands.
- Grow and guide large-scale, complex accounts, ensuring excellence in strategic and creative standards while working closely with project leadership teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and unlock opportunities for growth, innovation and long-term partnership.
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust, quality thinking, and effective creative solutions.
- Provide strong account direction, seeking opportunities to develop and grow client accounts.
- Lead and inspire account teams to deliver against client needs while introducing new expertise to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure briefs, creative and strategy solutions address the client’s needs.
Significant experience running large, complex accounts across corporate, service and FMCG branding is required, including on-pack and brand creation. A passion for great creative work and excellent business acumen are essential, with the ability to fully understand all aspects of business operations, financial and resource management.
