Future_find is working with a growing UK advisory group to hire a deal-experienced Manager into its growing South East corporate finance team. This opportunity sits within a genuine growth business, with live deal flow from day one and plenty of transaction exposure to develop. It's a strong fit for a qualified accountant a few years into their corporate finance journey, who wants to run deals hands-on, broaden their transaction experience, and progress toward Senior Manager / Associate Director on a platform that's actively expanding across the South East.

The Role

Reporting to the senior deal team, you'll be running live corporate finance transactions day-to-day - predominantly sell-side lead advisory - and taking real ownership of execution with limited senior oversight. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Running deals day-to-day: managing the process, timetable and workstreams from engagement through to completion.
  • Drafting information memoranda, teasers and other transaction materials, and preparing financial analysis and valuations.
  • Leading and supporting due diligence, and working through SPA and completion mechanics.
  • Attending and helping run client and buyer/investor meetings.
  • Supervising, coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members.
  • Working alongside colleagues and office leads to convert opportunities from the wider client base.

Core requirements

  • A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA or equivalent), or QBE with strong, demonstrable deal experience.
  • Solid corporate finance / lead advisory experience - comfortable running deals with limited senior input.
  • Good working knowledge of the transaction lifecycle: IM drafting, financial modelling/valuation, due diligence, SPA and completion mechanics.
  • Sell-side weighted, while credible across broader lead advisory work.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and personable - happy working across a regional office model rather than a single central-London base, and comfortable being mobile across the South East.
  • No requirement to bring a personal pipeline; deals are fed from the existing client base.

Nice to have

  • Clear ambition to progress toward Senior Manager / Associate Director - genuine, delivery-linked progression is on offer.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, age, or personal experiences.
