Future_find is working with an established, acquisitive UK advisory group to hire an experienced Corporate Finance deal-doer into its growing Southern practice.
Unlike a standalone boutique, the platform benefits from a large existing client base - meaning live, inbound deal flow from day one, and plenty of exposure to live deal / transaction opportunities.
This is an execution-focused hire brought in to run live mandates within a busy, well-fed pipeline.
It is a regionally-oriented as opposed to purely Central London.
There is clear, genuine, delivery-linked progression on offer towards Senior Director and Partner status.
The Role
- Run and support live corporate finance transactions end-to-end, with a focus on the execution / back-end of deals - predominantly sell-side (majority of current workload) transactions.
- Draft IMs and transaction materials, and work through SPA issues and completion mechanics with confidence.
- Partner with entrepreneurial regional office leads to convert opportunities emerging from the wider client base.
- Over time, build a personal network and grow into broader leadership as the platform's Central London-orbit footprint expands.
- Core requirements
- Proven lead advisory / corporate finance experience - able to be effective from day one, no long runway.
- Sell-side weighted, while credible across broader lead advisory work.
- Pragmatic, mobile and low-ego - comfortable working across a regional office model rather than a single prestige HQ.
- No requirement to bring a personal fee book; deals are fed from the existing client base.
- Ideally based within reach of the South East (in or just outside London both work).
