Role responsibilities:
The position will involve working with the team across a broad range of private and public sector website projects, including both front-end templates and back-end WordPress integrations. Core aspects of the job role include:
- Producing clean, well-structured HTML and CSS templates based on visual designs
- Working with WordPress to develop PHP-based functionality and populate websites with content
- Building flexible content management solutions using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- Assisting with ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements for existing client websites
- Optimising websites for performance, accessibility and SEO best practices
- Assisting with project scoping, research, sitemaps and UX wireframes
The position offers the following benefits:
