Overview
The Audience Development team sits at the heart of our digital strategy. Our mission is two-fold: to maximise brand visibility through strategic social engagement and to convert that engagement into site traffic. From TikTok to Instagram, we are the experts in finding, growing, and retaining our digital audience.
Responsibilities
Reporting to VP Audience Content & Strategy you will provide Social Media support and best practice advice to a portfolio of brands across our business. You develop social plans that achieve the editorial goals of each brand and deliver performance reporting and analysis. The ultimate purpose is to allow our brands to grow a large and positively engaged social media audience across multiple platforms. For these brands, we will be able to monetise this audience through referrals, branded content, and ecommerce to our websites.
- Expertise in creating content for social media platforms, making use of all tools available
- Experience in the backend and management of social media platforms, in particular Meta Business Suite
- Experience helping brands increase engagement and reach on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Proficient in Canva and preferably Photoshop (or other graphics software) for making thumbnails
Experience and Qualifications
