Future PLC has an exciting opportunity for a Retention Assistant to join our team in Cardiff. If you pride yourself on helping customers, overcoming objections, and finding solutions, this role is perfect for you.
What you\’ll be doing
As a Retention Assistant, you\’ll be responsible for retaining our magazine subscription customers throughout the year, ensuring their satisfaction and continued subscription.
Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Being the point of contact for customers seeking to cancel their subscriptions
- Achieving KPIs and monthly targets
- Handling objections, solving problems, and retaining customers
- Using relevant systems to accurately capture customer data, including updating notes and outcomes
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Customer-focused with questioning and listening skills
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Excellent retention, selling, and negotiating skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage your workload and time effectively
- Collaborative team player
- Customer service experience
What\’s in it for you
The salary range for this role is £25,000 – £26,500.
This is a hybrid role based in our Cardiff office, working three days in the office and two from home.
