Future is a global platform for specialist media with scalable, diversified brands of over 70 print and digital products. Reporting into the Head of Retention, this role is a great opportunity to join our Customer Operations team, to deliver an excellent customer retention strategy on our high-profile UK News & Wealth brands.
What you\’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Retention Marketing, you\’ll drive yield and revenue, and improve lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. You will deliver retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You should be experienced in retention analytics and able to present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels.
You will plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps, ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practices.
Above all, you will be customer-centric, always delivering a first-class customer experience, while also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximize our retention budget to support LTV across the business.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing (ideally from a subscriptions background)
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email
- Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys
- Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Copywriting skills
