We are looking for a Product Director to join our Product Team and work with different technical and business teams to deliver exciting new products, propositions and features that provide exceptional user experience and commercial performance.
What you\’ll be doing
Reporting to the VP of Product, as Product Director, you\’ll lead our digital subscriptions product team. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our subscriptions propositions across our in-house platforms. You will manage and develop a team of high-performing Product Managers, ensuring understanding of our goals and user needs while creating a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
As Product Director for subscriptions, you\’ll work with the Subscriptions team, Marketing and UX to use customer insight to define the strategic visions for the subscription propositions. Working with Engineering, Data and other technology teams you will build and optimize subscription products that drive acquisition, retention, revenue growth and improve the customer experience.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience product management, including leading and coaching product teams.
- Experience working specifically with digital products or propositions or other recurring eCommerce revenue models
- Deep familiarity with user-centric design, A/B and MVT testing, data analysis, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management – able to clearly articulate vision, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to align product decisions with company financial goals.
- Passionate about building great products that solve real user problems and deliver measurable value.
