The Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence is formed from the top-class digital marketing teams from across the Group, such as GoCompare, MyVoucherCode, TechRadar, Marie Claire and The Week. Our work encompasses e-commerce, subscriptions and advertising across all our Future brands, contributing to key revenue streams to the Group.
What you'll be doing:
- Work across and own paid search campaigns throughout the funnel, driving reporting and data-driven insights to optimise performance working towards CPA targets.
- Report to The Head of Performance and work at the highest level with platforms and industry partners such as Google and Microsoft to ensure we are using the most up-to-date technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to evolve messaging, always testing, evaluating and improving.
- Ensure paid search campaign activity is managed to the highest standards across all of our subscription portfolio, including titles such as Country Life, Ideal Home, Decanter, FourFourTwo, Golf Monthly, Woman & Home, and Horse & Hound.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:
- Experience in Paid Search and proficiency in media buying platforms across Google and Microsoft.
- Experience running both awareness and conversion campaigns.
- Proficient in paid search marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and the ecommerce conversion funnel.
- Ability to identify data trends.
- Experience working with large global brands and large media products.
