Future is looking for a Media Planning Director to join our dynamic planning team. You will use our arsenal of well-known and respected media brands and editorial experience to create planning and partnership pitches across multiple clients in lifestyle, homes, tech, entertainment, FMCG, and beyond.
Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will have a track record in producing winning pitches in a media agency or a publisher environment. You will demonstrate the use of insight to create a strategy that translates into deliverable media and creative recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead along with a sales counterpart and sometimes a creative counterpart, the strategy, production, and delivery of pitches.
- Promote creative planning and pitching best practices and work to embed these behaviours in the team.
- Partner with cross-functional specialists including insight, design, producers, and editorial to bring cross-platform and cross-product solutions to briefs.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve:
- Media planning fundamentals from either a planning or a strategy role.
- Proficiency in holistic planning, integrating brand and performance strategies while identifying clear roles for partnership and content within the wider media mix.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-media channels, technology interactions, and strategic advertising opportunities.
- Experience with modern and evolving content creation and distribution strategies.
- Experience working on large brands, be it in an agency or with media publishers.
- Strategic and Return on investment focused -- the ability to see things from our client's perspective.
