Our UK B2B vertical, is recruiting for a Marketing Executive for the Global Events Team, with the goal to produce high quality delegates and registrations for our events, including Music Week Awards, Women In Music Awards, What Hi-Fi Awards, Golden Joystick Awards, Motorboat and Yachting Awards, The Week Junior Book Awards, Money Week Wealth Summit and Mobile Industry Awards. You will also support sales to deliver awareness to our key potential sponsorship clients.
You\’ll support the creation and implementation of 360-degree marketing plans for events, including email campaigns, partnerships, copywriting, PPC, social media, advertising, print and digital campaigns, sales campaigns and PR.
What you\’ll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you\’ll;
- You will work across several exciting awards programmes, generating high quality delegates and registrations for events including Music Week Awards, Women In Music Awards, What Hi-Fi Awards, Mobile Industry Awards, Motorboat and Yachting Awards, Golden Joystick Awards and more.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with event or awards marketing experience to really take ownership of some important B2B events.
- Supported by a Senior Marketing Manager you will have the necessary support but will be given responsibility for your own events.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- 2-3 years event marketing experience
- Understanding of marketing principles and developments.
- Understanding of paid for and organic social media campaigns including Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
- Creative and design skills to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
- Understanding of sales dynamics and how marketing can drive commercial
- Understand the principles of marketing, Return on investment and measurement
